I retired teaching Art at RSU #57 in 2011. Since retiring, I have resumed painting portraits for pleasure and commissions.
I started teaching in the Massabesic system in 1976 and taught for 35 years. I spent 17 years at the Waterboro, Alfred, and Lyman elementary schools and 18 years at Massabesic Middle School. In my last year year, I also traveled to the High School in the afternoon and taught Pottery.
I have three children who all attended Massabesic schools: Michael, Suzanne, and Patrick. My children have given me seven grandchildren.
