Opening Reception at the Gallery on the Green A SUCCESS!

I would like  to thank the Gallery on the Green for  giving Massabesic Students this opportunity to exhibit their work in a professional setting. The evening was wonderful. My students were so happy to show friends and family their work; they also had a chance to meet the 3 Artists from the Gallery: Roger Deering Jr. , Susan Mesick, Ann Marie Therrien. They each received art supplies and a certificate.  The Expo 2011 is  on display until Saturday April 23, 2011. The Gallery is closed on Easter Sunday . Mr. Minelly’s son Peter, the owner of the Gallery, came up with the idea of the Expo 2011 for one of his High School business course. Great idea.

I taught 17 years at the elementary schools (Waterboro, Alfred, Lyman) and the past 18 years at Massabesic Middle School and my last year of teaching I taught pottery at Massabesic High School.
